Why Girl Scouts?

Founded in 1912 by Juliette Gordon Low, Girl Scouts has always encouraged girls to embrace their unique strengths and create their own opportunities with a support system of peers and adult volunteers.

Girl Scouts is a leadership program that promotes girl-led exploration of the world around us with focuses on entrepreneurship, outdoors, STEM, life skills, art, citizenship, financial literacy, health, and relationships.
