Lake Creek Service Unit comprises the Girl Scout troops that meet in the North Austin zip codes 78729, 78726, & 78750. We serve around 300 girls each year in the Round Rock and Leander Independent School District (RRISD and LISD) and beyond, from kindergarten through high school seniors, in around 40 different troops. We are part of the Girl Scouts of Central Texas (GSCTX) Council. Troops who continue to meet in our service area but attend schools or are homeschooled outside of our service area are still a part of our service unit. Since some of these schools feed into other schools outside of our service area, families move, and life happens, there are many more AISD, LISD, RRISD, charter and priviate schools that are represented in our service unit. This list is not comprehensive, but might help interested families understand the scope of our service unit.

GSCTX administers two sales each year, the Fall Product Program (nuts, candy, and magazines) and the famous Cookie Program!
- The Fall Product Program usually runs the first two weeks in October.
- The Cookie Program is usually mid-January through the end of February.
