Lake Creek Service Unit comprises the Girl Scout troops that meet in the North Austin zip codes 78729, 78726, & 78750. We serve around 300 girls each year in the Round Rock and Leander Independent School District (RRISD and LISD) and beyond, from kindergarten through high school seniors, in around 40 different troops. We are part of the Girl Scouts of Central Texas (GSCTX) Council.

Troops who meet in our service area but attend schools or are homeschooled outside of our service area are still a part of Lake Creek Service Unit.

How does that happen? Some of the elementary schools in our service area feed into middle and high schools outside of our service area, families move, and life happens! There are many more AISD, LISD, RRISD, charter, and private schools that are represented in our service unit. This list is not comprehensive, but might help interested families understand the scope of our service unit.
